Shipping Information
All items will be shipped UPS ground, within two to three business days of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Rush and international shipping can usually be accommodated. Please email before ordering to confirm timing and pricing.
Returns
Damaged items:
Please advise within 48 hours of receipt if an item is damaged in shipping. I will need photos of the damaged box and contents, and depending on the item may be able to send an immediate replacement or may need to make a new piece.
Other returns:
If a regular stock item is not what you wanted, I will happily accept a return. Please email me to let me know. Returns must be received in new condition within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we encourage you to track and insure your package.
Custom orders:
Unfortunately custom pieces are not returnable. If you have questions or concerns, please ask them before you order. We want you to love your ceramics just as much as we do.
Wholesale and Custom Orders
Please reach out to inquire about wholesale pricing details or custom orders. Payment is due at time of purchase / order, and wholesale and custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins.
